Basically, packrafts are designed for blow sack and mouth valve (low pressure). Like all airboats, however, they benefit from additional air pressure. The fuselage becomes firmer or stiffer. The boat responds better. This is especially advantageous for a whitewater boat, long one or a two.
 
But even on warm summer tours on the cool water, the pressure drop caused by the temperature difference between air and water can be quickly and conveniently remedied by a hand pump. For some, the hand pump is simply more convenient, faster, more effective and, above all, more hygienic than with a mouth valve, especially when used by several people.
 
The small pump fits easily into the backpack or DeckPack and is therefore always ready to hand when needed. Suitable for the common check valves from Anfibio and MRS, if necessary also others, it can therefore be used universally. Equipped with a 70cm long hose, it ensures a pleasant and hygienic application of pressure and thus also avoids the introduction of moisture into the boat. The long hose also allows operation from the boat (without getting out).
 
The boats also tolerate the corresponding overpressure without any problems. Nevertheless, the pump should be used with common sense. There is no pressure relief valve! Especially in the combination of cold water and strong sun, you have to be careful with appropriate overpressure. Intuitively, however, you will find the right balance!
 
No boat has ever burst! However, control is the responsibility of the user. Disproportionate use of the pump is not covered by the warranty!
