Product Description
The Mountain Pro 40 is the classic within the EXPED backpack range. This purist, weatherproof all-rounder is the perfect companion for alpine day touring in both summer and winter.

The single-compartment backpack was developed in collaboration with mountain guides who appreciate the absence of unnecessary features. Removable features allow up to 400g in weight savings.

Depending on the load, the lid pocket can be fastened either with a center-mounted carabiner or two side straps with alloy hooks. Four included webbing straps and five exterior daisy chains provide attachment options for gear.

The weatherproof, seam-taped fabric with a 3000 mm water column keeps contents dry. Thanks to the optimized pack shape and close fit, freedom of movement is guaranteed during any activity. The anatomically shaped and padded shoulder straps ensure a high carrying comfort.
